This is one of my very first Space Marine Captains from the 1990's. I found this old picture on the internet of the blister set of officers, where this captain is the miniature in the middle.

The Base colors

So far I have given the miniature all the basecoats and this is some pictures of the progress so far:

  The colors used for basecoloring is:

Primer:   Army Painter Pure Red

Flesh:             Dwarf Flesh (Now: Ratskin Flesh)

Metal:             &  Abbadon Black with Leadbelcher on top

Power Sword: Regal Blue (Now: Kantor Blue)

Hair:               Celestra Grey

Green:            Goblin Green (Now: Warboss Green)

Yellow:         Averland Sunset

Red areas: Carroburg Crimson

Flesh:        Reikland Fleshshade

Metal:       Nuln Oil

Hair:         Nuln Oil
